Partner Named At Fusaro, Altomare & Ermilio

Thomas J. Scannell has been named a partner at the law firm of Fusaro, Altomare & Ermilio (FA&E) located in Worcester, MA.

Attorney Scannell will lead FA&E's growing litigation practice, which includes all facets of civil trial practice with an emphasis on commercial, employment and construction disputes, as well as medical malpractice defense. He will also manage matters involving arbitration and mediation for the firm.

Attorney Scannell earned his bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross. He graduated magna cum laude from Suffolk University where he served on the Suffolk Law Review. He was formerly a partner in the litigation practice area at Bowditch & Dewey, in Worcester.

A life-long resident of Worcester, Mr. Scannell volunteers for the March of Dimes and as a conciliator for the Worcester County Superior and District Courts. He has coached in various youth sports leagues.
